Welcome to Carriage
Place. Carriage Place consists of 59 homes. Most were
constructed in 2003. You will find Carriage Place to be a quiet
community with friendly neighbors and a great place to walk or bicycle
on our well-lighted streets.The HOA dues are $75 annually. Please come to our annual meetings to express ways to improve our neighborhood. The HOA usually has its annual meeting in July.
